Ticket sales

Nothing could be easier, because with alex you have three options to buy a ticket:

1. On the alex trains, the motto is: Get on board – buy a ticket – find your seat.
On all alex trains, you can buy your ticket at the alextreff at no extra cost (does not apply to MVV and RVV association tickets). If you did not manage to buy a ticket before you started your journey, or if you are not sure which is the best ticket for you, our service staff will be happy to assist you.

2. Our agencies will be happy to help you!
Along the routes we have many agencies where you can buy tickets for alex. You will find an overview of our agencies below.

3. You can also purchase your ticket at the sales points of other railway companies along the route!
All Deutsche Bahn AG tickets and offers are valid in our vehicles according to the validity of the tariff.
