Will I receive a binding confirmation for my group trip?
Our fleet is designed according to the service capacity originally ordered by the Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft (BEG) and cannot be expanded at short notice. In addition, platform lengths limit the train length and therefore the number of available seats.
Although a binding confirmation for a specific connection cannot be guaranteed, we do everything possible to find the best solution for your group. We review the circumstances and suggest the optimal travel time to make the journey as comfortable as possible.
In some cases, additional carriages can be provided, depending on available capacity, platform lengths, and the advance notice period.
