Registration for Larger Groups
Groups of 21 or more people are kindly asked to register via the form at least 7 working days before the journey. Our Customer Service Center will respond promptly. Requests for group travel can be submitted up to three months in advance.

Will I receive a binding confirmation for my group trip?
Our fleet is designed according to the service volume originally ordered by the Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft (BEG) and cannot be expanded at short notice. In addition, platform lengths limit the maximum train length and therefore the seating capacity.
Although we cannot provide a binding confirmation for a specific connection, we do everything we can to find the best possible solution for your group. We review the circumstances and suggest the optimal travel time to ensure the journey is as comfortable as possible.
In some cases, additional carriages can be provided, depending on available capacities, platform lengths, and the required lead time.
